School Social Worker Contract

Location : Gurnee IL 60031

Duration : 12 Weeks

Pay Rate : $45$50 / hour

Schedule :

MondayFriday Day Shift

8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

7.5 hours / day 37.5 billable hours / week

Job Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a School Social Worker for a leave coverage assignment at an intermediate school. The role focuses on supporting students social emotional behavioral and academic success.

Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group counseling

Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments

Develop and implement intervention plans

Collaborate with school staff parents and support teams

Participate in IEP meetings

Maintain required documentation

Support crisis intervention and student advocacy

Requirements :

Active Illinois PEL with School Social Worker Endorsement (Required)

MSW from an accredited program

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
