We’re hiring a Mechanic Foreman to lead shop mechanics while performing hands-on repairs on construction equipment, heavy trucks, and trailers. This is a working leadership role responsible for daily workflow and shop performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair equipment, including tractor-trailers, lowboys, and dump trucks
  • Assign daily work, manage schedules, and ensure mechanics have tools and training
  • Monitor performance and support mechanics with troubleshooting
  • Review workload projections and maintain productivity
  • Complete accurate reports and detailed work orders in HCSS
  • Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized shop
  • Enforce company policies and safety practices

    • What You Need

  • 2+ years as a foreman in equipment or fleet maintenance
  • 5+ years repairing construction equipment & heavy trucks
  • HS diploma / GED (technical training preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, maintenance software)
  • Personal mechanic tool set for heavy equipment work
  • Ability to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs., climbing, kneeling, etc.
  • Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check

    Indoor / outdoor shop environments with exposure to weather, noise, dust, fumes, and vibrations.
