We’re hiring a Mechanic Foreman to lead shop mechanics while performing hands-on repairs on construction equipment, heavy trucks, and trailers. This is a working leadership role responsible for daily workflow and shop performance.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair equipment, including tractor-trailers, lowboys, and dump trucksAssign daily work, manage schedules, and ensure mechanics have tools and trainingMonitor performance and support mechanics with troubleshootingReview workload projections and maintain productivityComplete accurate reports and detailed work orders in HCSSMaintain a clean, safe, well-organized shopEnforce company policies and safety practicesWhat You Need
2+ years as a foreman in equipment or fleet maintenance5+ years repairing construction equipment & heavy trucksHS diploma / GED (technical training preferred)Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, maintenance software)Personal mechanic tool set for heavy equipment workAbility to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs., climbing, kneeling, etc.Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background checkWork Environment
Indoor / outdoor shop environments with exposure to weather, noise, dust, fumes, and vibrations.
