In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:
Establish WBS and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.
Develop and maintain project resource loaded workplan.
Coordinate with necessary team members.
Develop and monitor project metrics.
Participate in project coordination meetings.
Conduct project site visits if applicable.
Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.
Develop cost estimates.
Perform other duties as needed.
Work from project co-location spaces as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT.
Strong project management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules.
Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
Experience with Lean Construction and Lean Principals including the Last Planner System
