Seeking a highly skilled I nsurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic team. Law Firm is dedicated to representing clients in their most challenging insurance-related disputes, antitrust / competition matters, and other complex business litigation across the United States and globally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.
• Analyze legal issues and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and maximize favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain a strong focus on cost-effective solutions while delivering exceptional service.
• Assess client needs and create tailored legal strategies based on thorough investigations and insights.
• Engage in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Qualifications :

Salary starts out at $170,000
