Pay Rate : $19.50 / hr

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 45 PM

Training : First 4–6 weeks on assignment

Overtime : Occasional, may be communicated on short notice

Work Location : Onsite in Owings Mills, MD or Colorado Springs, CO

Position Overview

Client Servicing Associates in Retail Account Management play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of client transactions. You will be responsible for :

• Reviewing and processing transactions : Verify requests and authorizations, reconcile transactions accurately.
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards : Ensure departmental benchmarks are consistently met.
• Tracking client inquiries : Document responses to help build guides for recurring issues.
• Improving business processes : Support initiatives that enhance transaction timing, quality, and client support.
• Learning and understanding service requirements : Gain knowledge of business processes and compliance needs.
• Communicating with clients : Provide clear, professional support verbally and in writing.
• Navigating multiple systems daily : Work efficiently across various platforms and tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 / hr.
