Responsibilities
Full time availabilityManage a small team of Graphic Designers / Sales AssociatesSet daily / weekly / monthly job schedules and revise as neededAid in answering customer calls / emails and consult / interface with customers to obtain necessary information for estimating and proofingCreate customer proofs / renderings and estimates and follow up on multiple job opportunitiesMaintain organization of all potential and active customers from inception through installationOversee job flow and electronic / paper records related to jobsLearn new technologies, skills, and techniques to help company efficienciesQualifications
Ability to manage and delegate projects within a small teamAbility and willingness to be personable with clients via phone, email and in-personAbility to develop and manage specific projects / accounts / customersKnowledge of Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and / or Flexi Design SoftwareAbility to learn and utilize project management and estimating system software (Trello and Corebridge)Signage / Graphics industry experience necessary
