Civil Engineer / Civil Designer (Site Development)

San Dimas CA Onsite

$95000 (flexible DOE)

Overview

Well-established civil engineering firm looking for an onsite Civil Engineer / Civil Designer to support commercial site development projects. This is a hands-on role focused on grading utilities and site design with strong project volume and long-term stability.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Civil design for commercial site development
  • Grading drainage and utility layouts
  • Working in Civil 3D / AutoCAD
  • Supporting multiple active projects
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and drafters

What Theyre Looking For

  • 3 years of civil design experience
  • Strong grading & utility background
  • Experience with site development (retail / QSR a plus)
  • Civil 3D proficiency
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related
  • Comfortable working onsite in a small fast-paced office

    • Nice to Have

  • Stormwater or LID experience
  • Experience with commercial or restaurant projects
