About the Role :

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting both Clinical Operations and MSO teams, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders while also providing hands-on support to employees. This role blends operational HR expertise with healthcare business knowledge, ensuring alignment between HR practices, organizational goals, and the delivery of high-quality care. We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, and healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in both Clinical Operations and MSO functions, providing guidance on workforce strategy, organizational design, and HR best practices.
• Partner with department heads to design and implement performance review processes (e.g., 9-box, development plans, annual reviews) that foster employee growth and support organizational goals.
• Conduct regular check-ins with managers and employees, facilitating discussions on performance, development, and career progression.
• Proactively manage and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce planning needs, including succession planning, staffing, and skills development.
• Coach and educate managers on effective people management, employee engagement, and accountability practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Act as a mediator and advocate, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Partner with the HR team on company-wide initiatives such as engagement programs, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
