This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day production, maintaining robotics systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in robotics or manufacturing environments and is eager to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune production work cells and robotic systems
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to complete daily work plans
• Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, light programming, inventory checks, and general upkeep
• Troubleshoot process or product issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish preventive measures
• Create and update documentation related to parts, processes, and new product introduction
• Assist in scaling small processes into larger-volume production environments
