A company is looking for a Policy Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and research support for policy and legislative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling of internal and external meetings, and maintain organization of files and resources
Track state and local legislation, assist in planning advocacy activities, and draft policy materials
Conduct preliminary research and contribute to coalition meetings and professional development events
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in policy, advocacy, or legislative affairs
Familiarity with legislative processes and government structures at the state or local level (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams (or similar platforms)
Commitment to reproductive freedom, gender equity, and social justice principles
Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative, mission-driven environment
