Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our Webster / Clear Lake team. This position is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys working in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting and wants the flexibility of PRN scheduling.

Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Document all care in accordance with clinic and payer requirements
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
