StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $312709.00 - $312709.00 Enjoy excellent compensation, flexibility, and a supportive team-based environment. We're seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in vibrant Fargo, ND.

Position Highlights :

Guaranteed compensation floor of $312,709 for 2 years

100,000 retention bonus after 4 years

Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule

Light call (1-2 weeknights / month + quarterly weekends)

Team-based care with 20 providers

Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage

Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
