Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute implementation plans in accordance with signed SOWs
Manage and maintain collaboration tools for customer engagement
Ensure high-quality service delivery and manage customer escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Science, or Business
Experience with Agile and Lean practices preferred
Significant experience working with C-level stakeholders
Experience with project management and P&L responsibilities
