Our client is looking to hire a Mammography Tech to join their team at a medical center in New York. This is a temp-to-perm role, and they are open to new grads!

Operate mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to company policies and protocols.

\n

\n

Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring excellent patient care.

\n

\n

Use equipment adjustments (compression, exposure modes, filters, etc.) to produce optimal images.

\n

\n

Monitor patient well-being during exams, addressing discomfort or medical concerns as needed.

\n

\n

Guide patients through the process, answering questions and addressing concerns.

\n

\n \n

Job Requirements : \n

2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist, bilingual Spanish preferred.

\n

\n

ARRT (R)(M) certification required.

\n

\n

Active state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.

\n

\n

BLS certification required.

\n

\n

Active New York State Department of Health (DOH) license.

\n
