The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for FORUM’s website, branch digital marketing systems, and will contribute to e-mail marketing initiatives. This includes the maintenance and creation of new features for FORUM’s public website, including using Google analytics to measure performance. Activities also include creating and sending emails using Salesforce and creating and maintaining promotions for branch digital marketing systems.
This full time position provides flexible hours and, after initial training, a hybrid schedule is possible.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities consist of:
- Maintain all content on the forumcu.com website, Google Business, and Yelp
- Working with other departments to publish new content as needed, maintaining ADA compliance, and updating monthly CU Online and mobile ads, articles and logout pages
- Continually evaluate and update the website for optimal navigation, presentation of information, and ensuring content is current and easy for visitors to find
- Manage CU Online ads, blog and video content on the website and create new "shows" for in-branch promotions using the Spectrio system
- Create monthly analytics to monitor and share website and email performance.
- Develop and improve FORUM’s search engine optimization including regular updates to the website, best practices in SEO, and monitoring our organic search rankings for Google, Yahoo and Bing
- Oversee the Internet Offer of the Week and SaveItUp digital promotions
- Work with Technology and our CMS provider to identify, develop and implement changes to the forumcu.com website including personalization of pages and content, member reviews, membership sharing, and other tools to improve functionality or usability of the website
- Provide input on the monthly tactical marketing plan and execute all assigned tasks from the monthly marketing planning session.
- Create and support email campaigns using Salesforce, as needed to support the Marketing & Brand Manager.
- Manage FORUM’s YouTube presence, including the posting and organization of all videos

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- A four-year undergraduate degree with a minimum of three years proven marketing experience
