• Your Role as Executive Director

As Executive Director, you will lead with vision, compassion, and integrity. You'll guide a dedicated team, uphold regulatory standards, and ensure the community runs smoothly—creating an environment where residents feel at home and employees feel empowered.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee day-to-day community operations, including HR, dining, maintenance, compliance, and resident care.
• Build and support a collaborative, high-performing leadership team.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across all departments.
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure occupancy goals and financial objectives are consistently met.
• What We're Looking For :
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven success in team building and operational management.
• Required state licensure / certification for the Executive Director role.
• A people-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
