Responsibilities :

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of billing records for a large population.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Coordinate payment arrangements and monitor account activity for accuracy.
• Support seasonal billing cycles and enrollment transitions with precision.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist with financial reporting tasks.
• Facilitate claims processing and guide stakeholders through reimbursement procedures.
• Handle sensitive financial data with discretion and integrity.
• Collaborate on billing adjustments related to internal policies and special circumstances.
• Assist with contract review and ensure billing consistency across accounts.
• Analyze account variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth billing operations.
