As a Management Trainee , you will learn our business from the curb to the corner office, mastering the art of residential sales before leading a team. This isn't a coffee-fetching internship, but a hands-on and fast-paced bootcamp. We need a Management Trainee who is willing to get their hands dirty in direct sales to build a foundation for leadership.
Your Mission :
Mastering the territory : First, you will learn to acquire residential customers, selling AT&T Fiber and Wireless plans.
Driving revenue : You will actively participate in residential sales campaigns to understand what drives our bottom line.
Customer acquisition : You’ll act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, upgrading their internet and mobile setups.
Mentoring others : Once you master the field, you’ll help train newer team members on D2D sales techniques.
Learning operations : You will shadow senior management to understand territory management and logistics.
Team leadership : As a Management Trainee, you will eventually lead morning sales meetings and set daily field goals.
Data analysis : You will learn how to analyze area maps to maximize wireless sales in the Seattle area.
Reporting : You will prepare simple performance reports to track your progress as a Management Trainee.
