Job Responsibilities

• Examine and compare merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms.
• Enter return information into the computer.
• Learn extensive produce product knowledge in order to proper access the quality of a product being received
• Able to identify and report any item conditions discrepancies to the QC Manager
• Maintains sanitation standards
• Capable of assessing the accuracy of goods received by matching merchandise received to the PO
• Knows when to report shorts, damages or defects to the receiving or QC manager
• Understands LIFO or FIFO methodology and knows how and where to store newly received products

• Safely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries
• Proactive about communicating with Sanitation in regards to waste
• Must always follow all GMP and HACCP rules and regulations.
