A company is looking for an Order Entry Analyst to manage order entry and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order entry, review, and approval in Salesforce for invoiced accounts
Generate invoices and complete billing reconciliations to ensure timely invoicing
Handle customer requests for refunds and evaluate compliance with company policy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
1-3 years of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products
Salesforce and Intacct experience is preferred
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
