What are we looking for?

The Head of Sales for Healthcare Provider is a critical leadership role at Contiinex, tasked with redefining our approach to sales within the healthcare industry. This position is dedicated to acquiring and retaining healthcare provider partnerships.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and results-driven leader who can design and implement effective sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for healthcare providers, focusing on growth and market penetration.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, ensuring open communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement campaigns that effectively promote our services to healthcare providers.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, regularly reporting results to executive leadership and adapting strategies as necessary.

Requirements :

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare provider space.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and key players within the provider space.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Professional qualifications in healthcare management or related fields are preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and innovation within the healthcare sector.
