Our Manager, Major Gifts & Philanthropy is responsible for driving the growth of philanthropic support through major gifts, mid-level giving, and planned giving programs. Working independently, this role develops and executes strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, ensuring the achievement of fundraising goals. The Manager leads efforts to build and sustain strong relationships with major donors and planned giving prospects, guiding them through the giving journey. In addition, the Manager contributes to the preparation of the Foundation's annual budget and supports strategic planning to advance financial sustainability, programmatic growth, and alignment with organizational priorities and mission impact.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working remotely, using a computer, telephone and Microsoft Teams daily. Ability to travel as needed in support of department and Association initiatives. This position requires the ability to work some evenings and weekends as necessary.
