Patient Service Representative (Remote, AZ Residents Only)

Primary Care Physician Support

Location : Fully remote (must reside within 50 miles from Phoenix, AZ - will be required to pick up equipment in office) Schedule : MondayFriday, 5 : 00 AM6 : 30 PM AZ - Must be available for any 8-hour shift within this window (40 hours / week).

Job Overview : You will support primary care physicians by verifying insurance benefits and scheduling patients with specialist doctors. This is a high-volume inbound call center role, handling back to back calls while adhering to performance metrics.

Experience : + 1+ year in a call center + 2+ years in healthcare

Skills : + Medical terminology + Insurance verification and benefits knowledge + Referral processing and authorization experience is nice to have

Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
