Job Description
Support budgeting and financial forecasting by building and maintaining data-driven financial modelsPrepare financial reports on event profitability, operational expenses, and cash flow projections for the executive teamTrack actual versus projected costs for live productions and identify key variances and cost-saving opportunitiesConduct profitability analysis by event, client, and venue to inform pricing and strategic decisionsAnalyze rental versus purchase decisions for production equipment and advise on ROI and asset optimizationMonitor equipment utilization, depreciation, and maintenance costs to improve resource allocation and returnsTrack and report key KPIs such as cost per event, revenue per equipment type, and labor efficiencyAssist with cash flow management, financing needs, and other strategic initiatives under the CFO's directionSupport M&A work, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, projections, and integration supportCollaborate closely with operations, production, and leadership to turn data into clear, actionable insightsQualifications
2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (corporate, operations, or similar)Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, data manipulation, and presentationExperience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reportingBackground in asset-heavy, capital-intensive, or equipment-heavy industries is a strong plusM&A or deal analysis experience is a plus but not requiredComfortable working on-site, communicating with executives, and presenting data-driven recommendationsDetail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhy You'll Love Working Here
