• Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled\n

• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes according to hospital standards\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and emergency care protocols\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
