This physician opportunity in the San Francisco East Bay is with a well-supported practice designed to provide hands-on, procedure-focused care in a predictable outpatient setting. Physicians joining the team will work in Minor Injury Clinics (not Emergency Department–based) with consistent scheduling, strong operational support, and a collaborative provider model. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy musculoskeletal care, procedures, and a steady clinical pace while maintaining work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights

• Predictable full-time schedule: 22 eight-hour shifts per month (40 hours/week)
• Daytime-only hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with no overnight shifts
• Balanced workload: ~24 patients per day, averaging 3 patients per hour
• Procedure-focused practice: 2–6 procedures per shift
• Team-based care model: 1–4 providers on shift, depending on volume
• Limited illness care, with primary focus on musculoskeletal injuries and procedures
