Renewals Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Inside Renewals Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational workflows for customer renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing in Salesforce

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to gather renewal inputs and confirm quoting requirements

Generate renewal quotes and documentation, maintain data accuracy in Salesforce, and prepare reports on renewal performance metrics

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or a related field

Proficient in Salesforce, CPQ tools, and order processing platforms

Strong analytical skills

Process-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Experience with churn / downgrade workflows is preferred
