The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by managing candidate flow through the applicant tracking system and assisting with interview scheduling, onboarding, and hiring processes. This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and administrative systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post open positions and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate calendars using Outlook
• Book interviews with hiring managers and confirm logistics
• Greet candidates upon arrival and escort them to interviews
• Prepare and send electronic offer letters
• Initiate background checks and track completion
• Launch and monitor online new hire onboarding paperwork
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain candidate records

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
