This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home while staying connected with your team and a corporate office for in-office days located in the Energy Corridor.

Youll serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth HR operations across all key areas, including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and training.

What You Will Do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
• Administer benefits and leave programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations and policy matters.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
