Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and bilingual Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Coordinator in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse operation. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory tasks, material handling, and basic logistics support, with the potential to grow into a coordinator role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing materials, tools, and consumables.
- Operate forklifts safely (6,000-35,000 lbs LP and diesel) to move and organize materials.
- Separate materials by work order and ensure correct identification and placement.
- Support inventory control by conducting cycle counts, helping maintain minimum / maximum levels, and updating records.
- Track and assist with the return and follow-up of borrowed tools and equipment.
- Support preparation of shipments and coordinate with logistics when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
