What we’re looking for :

We are looking for a candidate that has :

• At least 2 years of dispatching experience is REQUIRED
• Ready-mix batching experience and experience operating a mixer truck is a plus
• 5 years of customer service experience.
• Able to multi- task in a fast-paced environment all while maintaining a positive attitude while working with customers and other team members.
• Exceptional communication skills are expected as well was the ability to follow through with outstanding items.
• Must be dependable, team oriented, have common sense and good judgement.
• Excellent reading, writing and math skills (including map reading).
• Exceptional phone skills are expected.
• Must possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Schedule : We guarantee 40 hours all year round! Must be able to work flexible hours as necessary. Some Saturday work required
