Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and establish consultative relationships with clients
Illustrate business value through metrics and proof points for customer engagements
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success or a similar role managing complex Enterprise accounts
Formal or informal project management expertise
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Background in SaaS and / or HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
