Coordinator Position

At the Coordinator level, the candidate will be in charge of a specific area of the business and own its results as well as develop shift leaders and team members.

Possible Coordinator positions available are Marketing, Drive-Thru, Training, Kitchen, H/R, Hospitality, and Catering. (Availability of positions varies. Kitchen, Drive-Thru, and H/R Coordinators rotate on a 6-9 month basis and are more competitive positions)

In this role, you will get the opportunity to lead others, build relationships with customers and team members, and have the ability to capitalize on your gifts. In addition to all of this, you will be joining America's favorite quick service restaurant, as you are mentored by our leadership team (directors and the owner/operator).

Additional advancement to a Director role may be available, as well as additional coaching if pursuing a career with Chick-Fil-A is something that interests you.

• Pay Range: $18-$22
• Flexible Schedule (4-10 schedule available if desired)
