Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting patrons warmly, answering questions about products, and resolving any issues with professionalism. Set the tone for a fun, friendly, and positive customer experience. Handle guest concerns and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
