Job Summary : The Senior Financial Analyst, Plant Finance partners with plant management and regional leadership to deliver financial insights, strengthen reporting processes, and drive operational efficiency. In addition to financial analysis and reporting, this role serves as the finance lead for assigned sites, with responsibility for selected aspects of the month-end close, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy of plant financial results. The position also requires occasional travel to assigned plants within North America to support operational and leadership needs.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close & Reporting

Support pre-close and month-end close activities for assigned plants, including inventory counts, selected journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Operational & Business Partnering

Act as a key finance partner to plant management, translating financial results into actionable insights.

Planning & Forecasting

Support the annual planning and forecasting process, including scenario modeling and variance analysis.
