A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Accounts - ICHRA.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed annual sales goals for large-group ICHRA opportunities
Lead the full sales cycle including discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
Build and strengthen relationships with national consulting firms and regional brokers
Required Qualifications
10+ years of sales or consulting experience in health insurance or employee benefits
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with 5,000+ life employer groups
Deep understanding of ICHRA or adjacent alternative funding models
Ability to navigate actuarial, compliance, and plan design considerations
Previous experience at a high growth company is a plus
