Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education professional to support students in a K8 setting. This role focuses on creating inclusive learning environments, delivering individualized instruction, and collaborating with school-based teams to ensure students with diverse learning needs are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities :

Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in K8 settings

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct academic and behavioral assessments and monitor student progress

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families

Deliver targeted interventions and behavior support strategies

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation

Support inclusion and small group instruction models

Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field

Active state Special Education or Intervention Specialist license required

Prior experience in K8 or school-based special education preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
