Salary : $19.12 per hour

• Up to $1000 in sign-on bonuses available- Earn $500 after 6 months of full-time employment and an additional $500 after 9 months of full-time employment.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Under the supervision of a Community Supervisor and / or a Lead Direct Support Professional, is responsible for implementing programs as well as providing care to individuals. Additionally is responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the home, administering medications and transporting individuals to medical appointments and day programs as well as participating in recreation and / or social activities with individuals served.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Education : High School Diploma or GED / TASC preferred. In lieu of education, three years related experience may be accepted.

Minimum Experience : Two years of work experience with persons with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Driving Requirement : Must have a valid Driver's license of two years or more.
