Physical Therapist PT - Home Health - Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Waco. Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to address patient goals.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
