Design scalable, AI-ready architectures that automate HR processes

Implement AI agents and machine learning to enhance workflows and insights

Develop solutions using Workday Extend to address complex business challenges

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Workday and HR technology solutions

Deep technical mastery of Workday modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent)

Hands-on experience with Workday Extend and complex integrations

Fluency in OAuth 2.0 and API security models

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
