📍 Day Shifts | No Call | High-Need Dates

A leading regional health system in Petoskey, Michigan is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist for select upcoming locum dates. Enjoy a beautiful Northern Michigan location, strong team support, and a smooth Monday–Friday schedule with no nights and no weekends !

🩺 Position Details

Role : Locum – Physician – Gastroenterology

Location : Petoskey, MI

Shift Type : Days | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Call : None

Weekend : None

📅 Open Dates

12 / 19 / 2025 — 7 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

1 / 5 / 2026 – 1 / 8 / 2026 — Daily, 7 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

🏥 Clinical Expectations

Setting : Hospital

ERCP – REQUIRED

Patient volume :

  • 18 outpatient scopes / day
  • 20 inpatient scopes / day

Responsibilities : Endoscopy, inpatient consults, outpatient procedures

Support Staff :

  • 2 physicians
  • 2 APPs
  • Onsite lab & x-ray

    • EMR : Cerner

    🎯 MANDATORY Requirements

  • Detailed availability & rates
  • Board Certified
  • ACLS
  • Active MI License + CSR
  • Local candidate (driving distance)
  • Clean background (minor malpractice OK)
  • 2–3 years post-fellowship experience
  • COVID vaccination
  • DEA
  • ERCP proficiency
  • IMLC acceptable only if dates 60+ days out & LOQ provided
