Job Description

Join a team of professionals working on developing key visuals across their corporate communications and digital campaigns. As a Designer, you will follow the direction of senior staff to create art across different channels. Collaborate with the standing team and connect with our client contacts to bring their goals to life.

Responsibilities

• Execute art and exhibit strong key visual development
• Assist in executing concepts for campaign and campaign partnerships across app, social, web, email and more
• Work under the direction of project design leads to develop layouts, site grids, typography, colors etc.
• Assist in the creation of mood and storyboards
• Assist in selecting photos and photo-touching
• Leverage regulated AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrations
• Support creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
• Partake in strategy development as needed and apply feedback as necessary
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them as appropriate
• Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
• Assist creative leads in research and presentation materials
• Present work internally as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school Degree
• 3+ years of art directing for advertising or marketing agency
• Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates key visuals and cross channel campaign work
• Full awareness and understanding of digital landscape including online campaigns, mobile experience and social media
• Proficiency in Figma and Google environments
• Experience leveraging AI as a creative tool
• General knowledge of technology, UI, and accessibility
• Familiar with mobile app design

Compensation Range: $70,000- $85,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
