2ndShift, Monday - Friday 10 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

What you’ll do on a typical day :

As a Warehouse Quality Assurance Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence. Every shift, you’ll lead by example—ensuring our team delivers safe, accurate, and high-quality results that keep our customers coming back.

• Guide and motivate your team to meet (and exceed) quality standards in every process, from inbound to outbound.
• Inspect products and processes, quickly identifying issues and driving real-time solutions that prevent errors before they reach our customers.
• Use data and feedback to spot trends, coach team members, and celebrate wins—turning everyday challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Champion safety and compliance, making sure every team member goes home as healthy as they arrived.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, and leadership teams to streamline workflows and remove obstacles.
• Train and develop team members, helping them build skills and pride in their work.
