Accentuate Staffing is assisting a biopharmaceutical company in the Cary area who is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Logistics Coordinator will prepare domestic shipment documentation
  • Coordinator will track all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Coordinator will schedule transfer requests
  • Coordinator will communicate shipment status with clients
  • Coordinator will ensure all GMP documentation is accurate
  • Coordinator will respond to customer emails in a timely manner

Requirements :

  • Candidates must have familiarity with shipping and logistics
  • Candidates must be organized, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail
  • Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Candidates must be detail oriented with an outgoing personality
