Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Overview of the Position:

Our ideal candidate be someone truly cares about patient care and being their patient's "expert" in a close-knit team setting. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. This candidate will have a passion for Outpatient Physical Therapy with a strong desire to be in a 1:1 patient care environment. We are looking for a collaborative team player that will work well with an experienced PT team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's & Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
