Head Of Media

We're looking for a senior-level Head of Media who's ready to take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple platforms. If you're a strategic thinker with hands-on experience, love optimizing ad performance, and know how to lead a high-performing media buying team, this could be your next big step.

In this role, you'll lead the development of our media buying strategy, explore new traffic sources, drive campaign performance through smart use of data, and grow a lean but powerful team. You'll have the freedom to innovate and the backing to scale what works.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for media buying and campaign optimization across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, AdForm, etc.)
  • Lead quarterly planning, forecasts, and media performance reporting.
  • Build and mentor a team of media buyers to scale our acquisition efforts.
  • Implement tools and processes to bring structure, insight, and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of trends and explore unconventional approaches where needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align on growth goals.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years in a senior media buying or digital performance role, with team leadership experience.
  • Proven experience running high-budget, performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search & UAC), Facebook, AdForm or similar tools.
  • Comfortable with data and analytics, you make decisions based on performance, not assumptions.
  • Someone who can build processes, mentor others, and scale a function.
  • Open-minded, resourceful, and confident thinking outside the box when needed.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or working with product-led performance teams.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced industries with agile decision-making.
  • Comfort experimenting with less traditional media tactics and strategies.
