Senior Director of Residential Services

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Director of Residential Services to oversee two programs that support individuals with disabilities in living meaningful, fulfilling lives.
General Description
Responsible for the administrative oversight of assigned programs, including :
- Staff supervision and development
- Quality assurance functions
- Program administration
- Timely and accurate weekly staff, program, and member schedules
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience working with people with disabilitiesMinimum 2 years' supervisory experienceHS Diploma / GED requiredReliable car for work purposesComplete all background and safety checksWillingness to attend mandatory paid orientation and ongoing training. Training schedules are flexible and are offered during day and evening hours.Key Responsibilities
Fulfill all Job Functions and Expectation Duties of the Sr. DirectorEnsure all functions below level of Sr. Director are filledMaintain contractual obligations with various funding sourcesMaintain acceptable levels of service throughout the programOversee HR practices : recruitment, orientation, training, and retentionEnsure appropriate program financial managementOversee progressive program developmentEnsure members' health, safety, and well-beingDevelop and ensure compliance with Department of Human Services Policies and Procedures (member and program funds)Ensure the adequacy of members' employment and recreationOversee the annual Individual Support Plan for program membershipEnsure appropriate member / staff relationsEnsure program compliance with all licensing standards to include development of licensing inspections and protocolsOversee the Periodic Service Review and implement quality controlCooperate with agency, legal authorities, and DHS inspections / investigationsEnsure compliance with public health mandates (e.g., mask-wearing during pandemics)Know your way around Microsoft OfficeKeep records sharp and updated in Carelogic (our Electronic Health Record)Benefits
