1 : 6 General GI Call – Manageable and sustainable call schedule

Uncapped Earning Potential – No RVU ceiling; physician-driven income with rapidly expanding program

Dedicated Full-Time NP Support – Each GI has their own clinic-based NP to maximize procedural volume

Focus on Procedures – Minimal clinic time; spend most of your day in the endo suite

Advanced GI Position – ERCP / EUS capabilities strongly preferred
