Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for computer hardware, software, and telecommunications issues
Provide customer service and technical support, including troubleshooting and account management
Document and log incidents using the Service Now tracking tool
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Understanding of technical support practices, including ticket documentation and service level agreements
Flexibility for working a rotating on-call schedule
